This is the second edit created for the Over To You project by Samsung Mobile. This time I was given the Galaxy S4 Mini to put through the test.
Me and Alex had three days to shoot and edit this. Some bits are a little sketchy due to the weather not being ideal.

Using the S4 Mini on the heli made a big different, mainly due to the weight reduction compared to the S4 Zoom. But it did mean I had to build a mount to get rid of that horrid jello effect caused by the vibration from the blades.
After a few hours of tinkering with Meccano I developed this mount, which attaches to the vibration mount of the DJI Zenmuse Gimbal. It worked a treat, also designed into this was the option to tilt the camera and full screen access was available.
Above we were filming the initial shot where Alex is preparing the heli. I used the S4 Zoom to do all the shots not captured by the heli.
Overall I was pleased with the outcome of this. Although the footage is a little shaky in places I think with all things considered it turned out alright 🙂
