Waste Bear.. Further progress

So there’s been slow and steady progress with the bear I’ve been modelling for waste studio. Any spare time I get on the train I will spend fiddling with the vertexes.. He might not look all that different from the renders in the last post but trust me a lot of tweaking had gone on to make him as smooth as he is..
Below is a simple turntable animation of him. Click play and he should loop round and round

Animating photos

At tribe the guys are working on big project where they have to produce 80 posters for a big corporate brand. For one of the designs Paul came up with a cool idea where it looks like a ribbon is coming through the image. After a discussion we decided it might be quite cool if that ribbon could be animated in some way.
I thought back to the layered photo stuff I did for the Trent Snow Sports DVD and something similar could be used.
Below is the final animation. Use the slider to shift the video back and fourth. You should be able to notice the 3D effect.
